LEAD CONSULTANT

January 2018 - September 2019

I helped startups win funding by performing analysis that exposed weaknesses and validated the strengths of their business models. We used Lean-Startup methodology. I also oversaw and assisted a dozen consultants & their assigned social ventures and co-managed the Social Venture Academy.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN

June 2019 - August 2019

I co-designed a patent-ready IoT product for wildland fire emergency responders. I performed market, cost-benefit, price, & financial analyses. My team and I crafted a polished pitch to sell the solution to company leadership at HQ in Washington D.C.

PROGRAM MANAGER

February 2018 - September 2018

My co-manager and I oversaw all stages of execution of 17 development projects in engineering, healthcare, education, & business. We also managed the daily schedules of a dozen volunteers, oversaw team safety & dynamic, organized home life, assisted volunteers daily in their work, and managed all facets of the program for 6 months. I problem-solved in conflict mediation, team management & expectations, recruited students to join the team, and consulted & gave feedback weekly with the volunteers about trip prep & their in-country experience.
